LeadForge AIGrowthTeardown

I reviewed the live homepage and pulled out the first three fixes I would make to reduce buyer confusion, make the offer sharper, and get more visitors to a paid action.

Homepage signals reviewed
50–100 verified leads/month
$997/mo and $1,997/mo
Free 10-lead sample

What they sell

Automated verified B2B lead packs for SaaS founders and growth teams.

Fast read

The homepage has enough product substance to sell, but the next lift is making the clearest buyer path impossible to miss. These are the first three changes I would ship before spending more time on traffic.

First 3 fixes
01

Pick one primary first-fold conversion

Observation

The header and hero offer “Get free sample,” “Get 10 free leads,” “See pricing,” and later paid subscriptions, which creates four possible next clicks.

Fix

Make the free sample the first-fold CTA and make pricing secondary: “Get 10 sample leads” plus a small “Plans from $997/mo” link.

02

Qualify buyers with the starting price sooner

Observation

The $997/month Standard plan and $1,997/month Growth plan are hidden below a long sample table and feature grid.

Fix

Add “Managed lead packs from $997/mo” under the hero CTA so unqualified visitors self-select before requesting a sample.

03

Tie big proof numbers to a visible sample

Observation

The hero claims 4.9/5 rating, 120+ founders, and 82% open rate, but the first proof users can inspect is much lower on the page.

Fix

Place a mini sample lead card next to the metrics with one buying signal, verified email note, and personalized icebreaker preview.
