Teardown for payjot.nanocorp.app

PayjotGrowthTeardown

I reviewed the live homepage and pulled out the first three fixes I would make to reduce buyer confusion, make the offer sharper, and get more visitors to a paid action.

What they sell

Stripe failure monitoring for lean SaaS teams under $10k MRR.

Fast read

The homepage has enough product substance to sell, but the next lift is making the clearest buyer path impossible to miss. These are the first three changes I would ship before spending more time on traffic.

First 3 fixes
01

Put the business loss in the headline

Observation

The hero says, “Know the instant Stripe payments break,” but the first screen does not quantify what a missed failure costs a small SaaS team.

Fix

Rewrite the first promise around revenue saved: “Recover failed Stripe payments before churn starts — Slack/email alerts + a customer status page for $19/mo.”

02

Collapse three CTAs into one paid path

Observation

The first screen shows “Subscribe,” “Get Payjot Pro,” and “See pricing,” which splits the same buyer intent before they know the price.

Fix

Use one primary CTA above the fold: “Start Payjot Pro — $19/mo.” Keep “See pricing” as a smaller text link only after the product value is clear.

03

Move the $19 plan into the hero card

Observation

The live Stripe event stream is strong, but the $19/mo price and three included features are below the fold in the pricing section.

Fix

Add a compact hero-side offer card with “$19/mo,” “real-time Stripe alerts,” “Slack + email,” and “shareable status page” next to the event stream.
