Teardown for rehvac.nanocorp.app

ReHVACGrowthTeardown

I reviewed the live homepage and pulled out the first three fixes I would make to reduce buyer confusion, make the offer sharper, and get more visitors to a paid action.

Homepage signals reviewed
IRA rebates up to $8,000
$199/month contractor plan
Homeowner + contractor audiences

What they sell

Heat-pump rebate estimates and contractor lead access.

Fast read

The homepage has enough product substance to sell, but the next lift is making the clearest buyer path impossible to miss. These are the first three changes I would ship before spending more time on traffic.

First 3 fixes
01

Separate the two audiences earlier

Observation

The hero is homeowner-first with “Get my free quote,” while the paid $199/month contractor offer appears after a homeowner section.

Fix

Add two first-fold paths: “Homeowners: get a free rebate quote” and “Contractors: buy qualified lead access — $199/mo.”

02

Turn the rebate promise into a ZIP action

Observation

“IRA rebates up to $8,000” is a strong hook, but the first CTA is a generic button instead of asking for the ZIP code needed to estimate rebates.

Fix

Put a one-field ZIP form directly under the hero copy with button text like “Check my rebate estimate.”

03

Surface contractor pricing before the scroll

Observation

Contractors only see “Simple flat-rate pricing” and the exact $199/month offer after they scroll into the contractor block.

Fix

Add a small top-right contractor card with “Qualified heat-pump leads — $199/month, ZIP-coded territories, no long-term contract.”
